AI data analytics for questions your team asks about its own numbers
We connect an assistant to your databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools so your team can ask a question in plain language and get a figure, a table, or a chart. The query that produced it is shown with the answer.
The data it may read, the questions it should decline, and the checks on its answers are agreed before the build.
Based in Lahore, we work with businesses across Pakistan and internationally.
Decide which questions the data can answer
An analytics assistant is only as reliable as the data behind it. We start by listing the questions your team asks each week, checking which of them the data can answer, and noting where definitions differ between systems. That review usually finds a few figures that were not comparable in the first place.
The assistant is then connected with read access only. Each answer shows the query it ran and the source it read, so a figure can be checked before it is used in a decision.
Quick answers
Which data can it read?
Databases, data warehouses, spreadsheets, and the export files of common business tools, connected with read access only.
Can we trust the numbers?
Each answer shows the query and the source. We test the assistant against figures your team has already verified before launch.
Does it replace our reports?
No. It answers ad hoc questions. Scheduled reports can be produced from the same connections where that is useful.
What an AI analytics build can include
Question review
List the questions asked each week and check which of them the data can answer.
Data connections
Connect databases, spreadsheets, and tool exports with read access only.
Definitions
Agree what each measure means, so the same word does not stand for two different figures.
The assistant
A plain-language interface that returns a figure, table, or chart with the query shown.
Scheduled reports
Recurring reports produced from the same connections where the team needs them.
Connected to the data you already keep
The assistant reads from your existing systems through their own interfaces. Nothing is copied out unless a separate reporting store is agreed.
- Sources: Databases, warehouses, spreadsheets, and tool exports
- Access: Read-only credentials limited to the agreed tables
- Models: Hosted or open-source models chosen for the task
- Output: Figures, tables, and charts, with the query shown

Compare two scenarios for time spent producing figures
Enter your own figures to compare the hours your team spends producing reports and answering data questions now with a second scenario you choose. This shows the arithmetic difference between the two; it does not forecast what an assistant will achieve.
These figures compare only the assumptions you enter. They do not include the cost of the build, and they do not predict time savings.
List the questions
Record the questions asked each week and the reports produced by hand.
Review the data
Check which questions the data can answer and where definitions differ.
Connect and build
Connect the sources with read access and set up the assistant.
Test against known figures
Compare its answers with figures your team has already verified.
Launch and review
Hand over, review the questions asked, and add sources as needed.
Where data questions take the most time
Operations
Daily and weekly figures on orders, stock, or throughput without a report request.
Sales and marketing
Pipeline, conversion, and campaign figures from the systems that hold them.
Finance
Spend and revenue questions answered from the ledger and the sales system together.
Management
Questions answered in the meeting instead of the following week.
Make the figure available when the question is asked
Most data questions are simple; the delay is in finding someone with access and time to run the query. An assistant with read access and the query shown answers the simple questions directly and leaves the analysts to the hard ones.
- Answers show the query and source
- Read-only access to agreed data
- Definitions agreed before launch
- Runs in an account you control

AI data analytics pricing
Our pricing page does not list a separate starting price for AI data analytics. Projects are quoted after reviewing the data sources, the questions to be answered, and any reporting in scope. Model usage and hosting charges are separate.

Which systems can it connect to?
How do we know a figure is right?
Can it change our data?
What if two systems define a measure differently?
How much does AI data analytics cost?
