Mobile app development for iOS, Android and cross-platform products
We develop native iOS and Android applications, cross-platform apps built with React Native and Flutter, and mobile products that connect to APIs and backend systems. Design, development, testing and store submission are handled by one team.
Choosing the right mobile development approach
The first decision in a mobile project is how the app will be built: natively for each platform, or with a shared cross-platform codebase. The right answer depends on the product requirements, the platform-specific features you need, performance expectations, integrations, the development budget, maintenance requirements and the roadmap you have in mind. Neither approach is the better choice in every case.
We work through that decision with you before design starts, then build for the platform itself. Navigation patterns, offline behavior, notifications and interface details are handled the way each platform expects, not carried across from a website layout. Based in Lahore, we work with businesses across Pakistan and international clients.
Quick answers
Native or cross-platform?
Native uses Swift and Kotlin with direct access to platform APIs. Cross-platform shares most of one codebase across iOS and Android. We recommend an approach after reviewing the features, integrations and maintenance expectations.
Do you handle store submission?
We prepare and manage App Store and Google Play submissions and help address review feedback when needed. Apple and Google control their own review decisions.
Can it share a backend with our website?
Yes. We build the APIs and backend services, or connect the app to systems you already run, so the app and the website work from the same data.
iOS, Android and cross-platform development
iOS App Development
We build iOS applications in Swift and SwiftUI using the native platform APIs, following Apple's Human Interface Guidelines for navigation, typography and interface behavior.
Work covers device and OS version compatibility, performance on the devices your users carry, API integration, authentication, push notifications, and preparing and submitting the app to the App Store.
- Swift and SwiftUI
- Built to the Apple Human Interface Guidelines
- Device and iOS version compatibility testing
- API integration, authentication and push notifications
- App Store listing preparation and submission
Android App Development
We build Android applications in Kotlin, using Jetpack Compose and the native Android APIs, and follow Material Design for layout and interaction patterns.
Android runs on a wide range of screen sizes, OS versions and hardware, so device compatibility testing is part of the work, alongside API integration, authentication, notifications and Google Play submission.
- Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Material Design layout and interaction patterns
- Testing across screen sizes and OS versions
- API integration, authentication and notifications
- Google Play listing preparation and submission
Cross-platform App Development
With React Native or Flutter, a substantial part of the application codebase is shared between iOS and Android, which can reduce duplicated implementation work when the same product needs to run on both platforms.
Some work still has to be done per platform. Native modules, store requirements, platform-specific interface behavior and any feature that reaches deep into device hardware are handled separately, and we write native code for those parts when a project needs it.
- React Native or Flutter
- One shared codebase across iOS and Android
- Native modules written where a feature requires them
- Platform-specific interface and store work handled separately
- Submission to both the App Store and Google Play
AI features in mobile applications
Where a product has a clear use for it, a mobile app can call AI-powered features through backend services and APIs, such as an in-app assistant, document or catalog search, or automation that runs behind the app. These features are scoped around defined tasks, data access and human oversight. They run in the backend, with the app calling them over an API.

Plan the scope of your app
Choose the complexity, the platforms and the development approach to see what that scope involves and where it sits on our planning scale.
Simple means a small set of screens. Standard adds accounts, stored data and a backend. Complex covers real-time features, maps or heavy media. The planning scale rises with complexity, with a second platform, and again when two platforms are built natively.
What this scope usually involves
Mobile app development starts from Rs. 200,000. See the full price list.
Request a quoteThese figures are planning estimates based on the options selected. Final cost and timeline depend on the product requirements, integrations, design scope, testing and platform-specific work. Development time depends on the same factors, and we provide a project-specific timeline after the requirements are defined.
Our mobile development process
You review and approve the work at each stage. The proposal sets out the scope, responsibilities, schedule and payment terms before development begins.
Request a quoteDiscovery and planning
We review the goals, users, feature list, integrations and platform requirements, then agree the scope and the development approach.
Design and prototyping
We prepare screen designs and a tappable prototype for review before full development begins.
Development and testing
We build the agreed feature set and test it on real iOS and Android devices, covering performance, interface behavior and the supported device range.
Submission and support
We prepare store listings and assets, manage the App Store and Google Play submissions, and continue with updates and support under an agreed plan.
Types of mobile applications we can build
The categories below describe the kinds of mobile products we build.
Business and internal tools
Apps your team uses day to day, including field tools that need to keep working when the connection drops.
Customer and booking apps
Customer-facing apps with accounts, scheduling, location features and payments.
E-commerce and marketplace apps
Shopping and multi-seller apps with product catalogs, checkout and order tracking.
Dashboards and API-driven apps
Mobile front ends for existing web platforms, reporting dashboards and apps built around an existing API.
What our web & SEO clients say
“Have worked with him for many years and done many different WordPress projects. Always works quickly and delivers on what he says he can do. If you need help making unique customizations to your WordPress website, he is your guy. Very good for on-site SEO as well.”

“Ghulam is an expert. He has excellent skills in SEO and anything WordPress. There is nothing that he cannot solve. It is such value to any business to have a contractor like this.”
“Ghulam is a master website developer. His knowledge of WordPress, SEO, coding and anything technical is second to none, his communication is outstanding. I am a tough task master and, many projects later, Ghulam is faultless. If you want the best, you have found it.”
Support after launch
Releasing to the store is the start of the product, not the end of the work. iOS and Android change every year, dependencies are updated, and the APIs an app relies on move. Support keeps the app working through those changes and covers the improvements you decide to make.
- Bug fixes reported by your team or found in monitoring
- Dependency, platform and operating system compatibility updates
- Performance and crash monitoring
- Changes needed when an integrated API changes
- Feature improvements and store updates under an agreed plan

Native, cross-platform and web apps compared
The three routes differ in how much has to be built per platform, how much of the device they can reach and how they are distributed. Start from what the product needs to do, then choose the route that supports it within your budget and maintenance plans.
| Factor | Native | Cross-platform | Web app or PWA |
|---|---|---|---|
| Development effort | A separate codebase per platform | One shared codebase, plus platform-specific work where features require it | One web codebase, no separate app build |
| Platform access | Direct access to the platform APIs | Most platform features, with native modules written where needed | Limited to what the browser exposes |
| Performance profile | Rendered by the platform directly | Suitable for most business apps; heavy graphics may need native code | Depends on the browser and the device |
| Distribution | App Store and Google Play | App Store and Google Play | Opened from a URL, no store listing |
| Often used for | Graphics-heavy apps and deep hardware features | Products that need both platforms from one development effort | Tools and dashboards that do not need to be installed |
The full reasoning, with the questions to ask yourself, is in our guide to native versus cross-platform versus PWA.
Mobile app development starting prices in Pakistani rupees
Every project is scoped and quoted before work begins. These are starting prices, and they are the same figures published on our main pricing page.
| Service | Starting price |
|---|---|
| Mobile App Development | Starting from Rs. 200,000 |
| UI/UX Design | Starting from Rs. 60,000 |
The final cost depends on the number of screens, the platforms you launch on, the development approach, integrations, design scope, testing and any support you want in place after launch. We do not publish fixed app packages, because two apps with the same screen count can differ several times over in the work behind them.
