AI readiness audits and training for teams deciding what to use and how
We help teams work out where AI would pay off in their business, which tools fit, and how to use them without exposing data or making decisions they cannot explain.
The audit is a fixed-fee engagement with a written report. Training is built around your team's own work and tools.
Based in Lahore, we work with businesses across Pakistan and internationally.
Start from the work, then choose the tools
Most teams have tried an AI tool and are unsure what it is for. The audit answers that: we review the tasks, the data, and the systems, list the opportunities in order of effort and impact, and give each one a rough cost. You keep the report whether or not you build anything with us.
Training follows the same rule. Sessions use your team's own documents and tasks, cover what the tools do well and badly, and end with written guidelines for what may and may not be put into them.
Quick answers
What does the readiness audit cover?
Your tasks, data, tools, and team, reviewed for where AI would pay off. You receive a prioritized list with a rough cost for each item.
Who is the training for?
Any team that will use AI tools in its work: managers deciding what to adopt, and staff who will use the tools day to day.
Is the audit free?
No. It is a fixed fee, published on our pricing page, and the report is yours to keep.
What an audit or training engagement can include
Readiness audit
A review of tasks, data, tools, and team, with opportunities ranked by effort and impact and given a rough cost.
Roadmap
A sequence for the opportunities, with a first project scoped in enough detail to quote.
Team workshops
Sessions built on your team's own tasks, covering what the tools do well and where they fail.
Usage guidelines
Written rules for what may be put into which tool, and how outputs are checked.
Follow-up
A review session after the team has used the tools for a period, to adjust the guidelines.
Tools chosen for your work, with their limits explained
We are not tied to a vendor. Sessions cover the tools your team is likely to use, and the guidelines are written for those tools and your data.
- Assistants: General-purpose assistants and how to use them with company documents
- Business tools: AI features inside the tools you already run, and what they send where
- Data handling: What may be entered, what may not, and how to check an output
- Custom builds: When a custom agent or automation is worth it, and when a tool is enough

For teams
Governance
Compare two scenarios for time spent on a task your team may hand to AI tools
Enter your own figures to compare the hours a task takes now with the hours it would take in a second scenario you choose. This shows the arithmetic difference between the two; it does not forecast what training or a tool will achieve.
These figures compare only the assumptions you enter. They do not include the cost of the audit or training, and they do not predict time savings.
Scope the engagement
Agree whether you need the audit, training, or both, and who is involved.
Review the work
Look at the tasks, data, tools, and team, on site in Lahore or remotely.
Report and roadmap
Deliver the written report with opportunities ranked and costed.
Run the sessions
Workshops built on your team's own tasks, with guidelines written during them.
Follow up
Review after a period of use and adjust the guidelines and the roadmap.
Who the audit and training are for
Owners and managers
Deciding what to adopt, in what order, and at what cost.
Operations teams
Using AI tools on daily tasks without putting data at risk.
Marketing and content teams
Using assistants for drafting with checks on accuracy and sources.
Technical teams
Deciding when to build and when to buy, and what to build first.
Decide with a list instead of a feeling
The cost of AI adoption is rarely the tool. It is the time spent on the wrong use, and the data put somewhere it should not be. An audit produces a ranked list and a first project; training produces a team that knows what the tools can be trusted with.
- Opportunities ranked by effort and impact
- A first project scoped to quote
- Sessions on your own tasks and documents
- Written usage guidelines your team keeps

Audit and training pricing
