Business process automation from the first request to the last record
We map a process across the people, systems, and decisions it passes through, then automate the steps that suit automation and leave the judgment calls with your team.
The result is a process with fewer handoffs, a record of each step, and clear points where a person approves or intervenes.
Based in Lahore, we work with businesses across Pakistan and internationally.
Map the whole process before changing any of it
A process is more than the steps in a system. It includes the email that starts it, the spreadsheet someone keeps on the side, the approval that waits for one person, and the exception that is handled by memory. We map all of that first, with the people who do the work, so the automation reflects how the process runs and not how it was meant to run.
From the map we agree which steps to automate, which to simplify, and which to leave with a person. The build then proceeds in stages, and each stage is measured against the time and error rate recorded before it.
Quick answers
How is this different from workflow automation?
Workflow automation connects tools for one task. Business process automation redesigns a whole process, including the people and decisions in it, and may include several workflows and an agent or two.
Will people be removed from the process?
Decisions that need judgment stay with people. What changes is the moving of information, the waiting, and the re-typing between steps.
How do we know it worked?
We record the time and error rate of the process before the build and measure the same figures after it.
What a process automation project can include
Process mapping
Document the process as it runs today: the people and systems involved, the handoffs, the waits, and the exceptions.
Redesign
Agree the steps to automate, the steps to simplify, and the approval points that stay with people.
Build
Implement the automated steps with workflows, integrations, and, where a step needs judgment, an AI agent with approval.
Measurement
Record time, volume, and error rate before and after, so the result is shown in your own figures.
Documentation and handover
Leave the process documented, with your team able to see each run and change the parts they own.
Map the process
Work through the process with the people who run it and record how it runs today.
Agree the redesign
Decide which steps to automate, which to simplify, and where people approve.
Build in stages
Automate the first stage, connect the systems, and set up logging and alerts.
Measure and adjust
Compare time and error rate with the figures recorded before, and adjust the design.
Extend and hand over
Automate the next stage where the results support it, and hand over the documentation.
Built on the systems the process already runs through
A process usually crosses several systems. We connect them through their APIs or an integration platform, and add custom components only where the process needs something the systems do not offer.
- Core systems: CRM, ERP, accounting, helpdesk, and document storage connected through their APIs
- Workflow layer: A no-code, low-code, or custom workflow platform chosen for the process
- Judgment steps: An AI agent with human approval where a step needs a decision from unstructured input
- Records: A log of every run so each step can be traced and audited

Process automation by industry
The processes that carry the most handoffs differ by industry. These are the ones we usually start with.
Healthcare
Patient intake, referral handling, and billing follow-up across the practice system and communications.
E-commerce
Order handling, returns, and supplier coordination across the store, warehouse, and support tools.
Real estate
Listing to closing, with document collection and follow-ups tracked in one place.
SaaS
Trial to paid, renewals, and support escalation across billing, CRM, and helpdesk.
FinTech
Application processing and review routing, with a record of each decision.
Professional services
Engagement intake, document requests, review, and invoicing across the firm's tools.
Signs that a process needs redesign
A process is a candidate where handoffs and waiting cause more delay than the work itself, and where nobody can say how long an item takes from start to finish.
Where only one handoff between two tools is the problem, workflow automation is the smaller and faster fix.
- An item passes through four or more people before it is done
- Nobody can say where a given request is right now
- The same information is entered in more than one system
- Exceptions are handled from memory by one person
- Approvals wait in an inbox and are chased by email
- The process is documented in a way that no longer matches how it runs
Automate the steps, keep the decisions
Not every step should be automated. Steps that need judgment, negotiation, or a conversation stay with people, and the automation delivers the information to them and records the outcome. That keeps the process auditable and keeps responsibility where it belongs.
After each stage we review the run records with you and compare them with the figures taken before the build. The next stage is scoped from that comparison, and changes are made with your agreement.
Business process automation pricing
Business process automation starts from Rs. 100,000. The final quote depends on the number of systems and people in the process, the stages agreed, and whether an AI agent is needed for any step. Platform subscriptions and usage charges are separate.
