AI chatbots and voice agents that answer from your own information
We build chat and voice assistants for your website, WhatsApp, and phone line. Each one answers from your documents and product information, takes agreed actions such as booking an appointment, and passes the conversation to a person when it should.
The channels, the questions it may answer, and the actions it may take are agreed before the build, and the assistant is tested against real questions before it goes live.
Based in Lahore, we work with businesses across Pakistan and internationally.
Decide what the assistant may say and do before building it
A chatbot is judged on the questions it gets wrong, so the first job is to decide what it should answer, what it should decline, and when it should hand the conversation to a person. We build the assistant around your documents, product information, and the questions your team already receives, and it does not draw on the open web.
Voice assistants add a second set of decisions: which calls to take, what to say when a caller is not understood, and how to transfer to a person. Those are agreed and tested with real calls before the line goes live.
Quick answers
Which channels can it run on?
Website chat, WhatsApp, and phone. Each channel is set up separately, and the same knowledge base can serve all three.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It says so and passes the conversation to a person with the history attached, according to the rules agreed for the assistant.
Can it take actions, or only answer?
It can take agreed actions, such as booking an appointment, collecting details for a quote, or creating a support ticket, within the limits set for it.
What a chatbot or voice agent build can include
Knowledge base setup
Gather the documents, product information, and existing answers the assistant will draw on, and organize them for retrieval.
Conversation design
Define what the assistant answers, what it declines, how it collects details, and when it hands over.
Channel setup
Deploy to website chat, WhatsApp Business, or a phone number, with the notifications your team needs.
Actions and integrations
Connect the assistant to booking, CRM, helpdesk, or order systems for the actions agreed in scope.
Testing and reporting
Test against real questions and calls before launch, then report on questions asked, gaps, and handoffs.
Review the questions
Look at the questions your team receives, the channels involved, and the documents that hold the answers.
Design the conversation
Agree what the assistant answers, what it declines, the actions it may take, and the handoff rules.
Build and connect
Set up the knowledge base, the channels, and any booking or CRM connections in scope.
Test with real questions
Run real questions and test calls, review the answers, and adjust the content and rules.
Launch and review
Go live on the agreed channels, review the transcripts, and update the knowledge base as gaps appear.
Run on the channels your customers already use
Each channel has its own setup and its own limits. WhatsApp requires an approved business account, and a phone line requires a telephony provider. We confirm what applies to your business before the build.
- Website chat: A chat widget on your site, with the assistant's answers drawn from your knowledge base
- WhatsApp: Through the WhatsApp Business platform, subject to its account and messaging rules
- Phone: A voice assistant on a number from a telephony provider, with transfer to a person
- Systems: Booking, CRM, helpdesk, and order systems connected for the actions in scope

Signs that an assistant would help
An assistant is a practical fit where the same questions arrive many times, the answers exist in writing, and the person answering them has other work to do.
Where the assistant needs to carry out multi-step work across several systems, an AI agent may be the better starting point.
- The same questions arriving by chat, email, or phone every day
- Inquiries that arrive outside office hours and wait until the next morning
- Appointment requests handled by hand over several messages
- Order or account questions that need someone to look up a system
- A written FAQ or documentation that customers do not read
- Staff answering the same policy questions to colleagues
Built to decline and hand over
An assistant that answers everything will eventually answer something wrongly. We set the boundary at the start: it answers from the agreed sources, declines what is outside them, and hands over to a person with the conversation attached. Every conversation is logged so answers can be reviewed.
After launch we review the transcripts for questions it could not answer and questions it answered poorly, then update the knowledge base and the rules. The assistant improves through that review, and changes to what it may do are made with your agreement.
Chatbot and voice agent pricing
AI chatbot development starts from Rs. 75,000, and voice assistant development from Rs. 125,000. The final quote depends on the channels, the size of the knowledge base, and the actions and integrations in scope. WhatsApp, telephony, and model usage charges are separate.
