Document intelligence that extracts data and answers questions from your files
We build tools that read your invoices, contracts, forms and scanned files, pull out and check the data, and send it to the systems you already use. We also set up an assistant that searches your contracts, manuals, policies and past correspondence and answers questions with the source document and passage shown.
It answers only from the documents you provide, says when it cannot find an answer, and runs in an account you control.
Based in Lahore, we work with businesses across Pakistan and internationally.
Start with the documents people search for most
Most of the time lost to searching goes on a small set of documents: the contract with the clause everyone asks about, the policy that answers the same HR question, the manual a support agent needs during a call. We identify that set with your team, organize it for retrieval, and build the assistant around it.
The assistant answers from those documents only. Each answer shows the passage it came from, so the reader can check it, and a question with no answer in the documents is reported as such.
Quick answers
What can it read?
PDFs, scanned documents, Word files, spreadsheets, and emails. Scanned pages are read with optical character recognition, and accuracy depends on the scan.
How do we know an answer is right?
Each answer shows the source document and passage. If the documents do not contain an answer, the assistant says so.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. The documents stay in your account, and we use providers and settings that keep them out of public training sets.
What a document intelligence build can include
Document review
Identify the documents people search most, where they live, and who may see each set.
Organization for retrieval
Convert, split, and index the documents so passages can be found and quoted.
The assistant
A chat interface your team can ask in plain language, with the source shown under each answer.
Access and privacy
Access by role, so a person sees only the documents they are allowed to see.
Extraction and checks
Dates, totals, names and clauses taken from invoices, contracts, forms and scanned files. The data is checked and sent to the systems or workflows you already use.
Built for search over your own documents
The tools are chosen for the document set and the privacy requirements. Where documents must not leave your servers, the assistant can run on infrastructure you control.
- Retrieval: Documents indexed so the assistant finds and quotes the relevant passage
- Reading: Text extraction and optical character recognition for scans
- Models: Hosted or open-source models chosen for the task
- Deployment: Cloud or private deployment according to your requirements

Models and safety
Compare two scenarios for time spent finding information
Enter your own figures to compare the hours your team spends finding information now with the hours in a second scenario you choose. This shows the arithmetic difference between the two; it does not forecast what an assistant will achieve.
These figures compare only the assumptions you enter. They do not include the cost of the build, and they do not predict time savings.
Review the documents
Agree which documents to include, where they are, and who may see each set.
Prepare and index
Convert and index the documents so passages can be found and quoted.
Build the extraction and the assistant
Set up the data extraction, the question interface and the access rules.
Test with real questions
Ask the questions your team asks, check the answers against the sources, and adjust.
Launch and review
Hand over, review the questions asked, and add documents as gaps appear.
Where document search takes the most time
Legal and contracts
Find the clause, date, or obligation without reading the whole agreement.
HR and operations
Answer policy and procedure questions from the documents that define them.
Support teams
Find the relevant part of a manual while a customer is waiting.
New staff
Let people ask questions of the documentation instead of a colleague.
Make the answer as easy to find as the question
A document set that people can question directly saves the reading time and the interruptions, and the source shown under each answer keeps the reader in control. We build the assistant around the documents that get asked about, then extend it as the questions show what else is needed.
- Answers with the source passage shown
- Reads PDFs, scans, and office files
- Answers from your documents only
- Runs in an account you control

Document intelligence pricing
Document intelligence starts from Rs. 90,000. The final quote depends on the number and type of documents, the data to extract, the systems it goes to and the access rules. Model usage and hosting charges are separate.
