AI Readiness Checker for Small Businesses
Answer 10 quick questions, about 2 minutes, to see how ready your business is for AI automation, where you score weakest and which automation to build first. Your answers stay in your browser.
How it works
Each answer scores 0 to 3 across five areas that decide whether an AI project pays off: Processes (is the work repeatable and written down), Data (is the information an AI needs available and clean), Tools (can your systems connect through APIs or tools like Zapier, Make and n8n), Team (will people use and review it) and Goals (is there a clear metric and budget). The total is shown as a percentage, and your two weakest areas become the first things to fix.
The question about where your team loses the most time does not move your score. It picks the first automation to suggest, such as a support chatbot for repeated customer questions or a follow-up agent for new leads. Limitations
- It is a quick self-assessment, not a technical audit. The score is a starting point for a conversation, not a guarantee of results.
- Ten questions cannot capture regulated work. Healthcare, finance and hiring need privacy, consent and human review that no score reflects.
- Nothing is saved. Reloading the page clears your answers.
